Perhaps one of the more fun “toys” in technical theater, this machine is very useful for working in high places. In our theaters it is mainly used for fixing and adjusting lights.
To operate the hydraulic lift, the legs must first be inserted and firmly placed by turning the handle on each leg. After the machine is plugged in, step in and press both the up button and the enable button to ascend. To descend, press the down button and the enable button. There is an emergency release button for a ground operator in case of a power failure. This ensures that no one is trapped in the basket several feet off the ground.
